How do I place an order?
On every product page you place your product in your shopping cart with the button 'Add to cart'. Once you have done that, you will see a 'pop-up' screen with your order. Here are all the products you have selected together. Click on 'I agree with the terms and conditions' and then click on the button 'Proceed to checkout'. Then you start the ordering process. When you click 'Place your order', the purchase agreement is concluded. You then leave our website and go to the secure environment of Shopify Payments. As soon as we have received your payment, we will process your order.
Can I pay securely?
We are continuously working to protect our website and only offer secure payment methods. You still have plenty to choose from. So whether you want to pay with iDEAL, Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Bancontact, Shop Pay or Google Pay? Everything is possible.
Do your prices include VAT?
The price you see on the product page for a product is the price you pay. All prices in our webshop are therefore inclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise. Also nice: for deliveries in the Netherlands & Belgium you pay no shipping costs.
Can I return my order?
Not satisfied with your purchase? Then you can return the product to us in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase, free of charge and stating reasons. Your racket must of course be undamaged and unused. As soon as we have received it back in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount to the account you used to pay. The return address is TUYO, De Steenbok 26, 5215 ME Den Bosch, The Netherlands. Returns within the Netherlands and Belgium are free. Please contact us so that we can send you the necessary documents for a free return.
Here you can read exactly how the right of withdrawal works. You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without stating reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the good. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, in writing, by post, fax or e-mail) that you wish to withdraw from the agreement. How long do I have a warranty?
Through 100% manual quality control, we guarantee the best quality and we stand behind our products 100%. In addition to this manufacturer's warranty, we naturally follow the legal warranty to which you are entitled as a consumer. This legal guarantee means that a product does what you can reasonably expect from it. If you handle our products in a normal way and a defect arises that is not caused by wear and tear, we will replace or repair the product. I have a complaint. What now?
Do you still have a complaint despite all our precautions? Mail us as soon as possible at and we will confirm your complaint within one working day. We aim for a solution within three working days. We always determine in consultation with you whether that is the delivery of a new product or whether we will refund your money.
